AMCC 2014

Muslim Market: Global Perspectives

Entrepreneurs Driving Change

Saturday, November 15, 2014
DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel
Newark Airport, New Jersey

We love entrepreneurs, and we love great companies. Join us this year as we discuss the role entrepreneurs are playing to develop this market, the global outlook of this market and the rising influence of Islamic and ethical capital.

Exclusive: In partnership with DinarStandard, AMCC 2014 will debut a new study on the American Muslim market. This study will provide fact-based insights and actionable strategies to equip businesses to address American Muslim consumers and present global Islamic market opportunity for American businesses. A similar study was released in 2011 at the third American Muslim Consumer Conference.

Testimonials

99% of our attendees said they would recommend the American Muslim Consumer Conference to a friend. See what else previous attendees had to say!

The conference was a huge success, a kind of coming-of-age for the Muslim Community here as an economic force.

Miles Young, CEO, Ogilvy & Mather Worldwide

AMCC helped me not only as a marketer, but personally, very gratifying to see so many brands, entrepreneurs, agencies, and company’s realizing that the Muslim consumer is part of the US economy and one that yields power and great opportunity.

Nausheena Hussain, Multicultural Marketing, Best Buy

What an effective marketing conference to raise the visibility & viability of a growing, valuable & under-served consumer segment. Lisa Mabe, Principal & Founder, Hewar Social Communications

Entrepreneur Showcase Application

To build further on this year’s theme, we are looking for companies, entrepreneurs and outstanding candidates to present their business, product, or service which are benefiting the American-Muslim consumer, either directly or as a byproduct. During this session, the selected candidates will present to the audience and a panel of experts who will provide guidance on furthering their company’s growth and exposure.

This Shark Tank-style event has become our most popular session at AMCC and this year, for the first time ever, we are presenting one of the companies with $10,000 in prize money, sponsored by Barkaat Capital.

This is a wonderful and unique opportunity for an up-and-coming startup or entrepreneur to present their ideas for further development and exposure. Sessions from the last two years have been a great success (watch the videos here) and due to the large number of applications we received we encourage you to apply early!

Deadline: September 15, 2014 at 10pm EST

Applications will be reviewed by the AMCC committee and selected applicants will need to compile presentation materials in accordance with conference requirements.

We are no longer accepting applications.
